We specialize in teaching SomaYoga in our studio and clinic settings, and the many ways that SomaYoga can help contribute to more whole-being well-being. SomaYoga is a beautiful blending of Somatics, therapeutic yoga, and classic asanas. Our purpose and passion is empowering people through SomaYoga Therapy. We also teach a number of specialized classes and workshops on yogic thought, eastern philosophy, Ayurveda self-care practices, breath work, pain resolution, mental health and stress management, and trauma conscious yoga practice. Our three levels of accredited yoga teacher training and yoga therapy training will qualify you to bring this therapeutic work to enrich your own community and yourself.
